Hiya Ladies and Gents, I ran across this skirt recently and I've tried my hardest to track it down but I can't find it anywhere. I think that it's a Juliette et Justine skirt and I have scoured hellolace and lolibrary but have come up empty handed. Could you help me out in figuring out what brand this is from?
